Antibody serological test

about the test

Rapid serological tests detect the presence of antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 through a finger prick. The test type is based on a lateral flow qualitative immunoassay (LFA - lateral flow assay) that detects the presence of antibodies such as IgG.
IgG - appears about 10 to 15 days after infection, is responsible for the long-term response of our organism and will remain for several weeks, indicating possible immunity. As tests for detecting the immune response, they are not recommended for the diagnosis of new cases of Covid-19.
Results from 15 minutes.
Tests performed by qualified health professionals in any of our mobile units. See the different locations here.

    other information

The serological test is not intended to assess acute disease, nor to determine the danger of infectiousness. Positive result identifies previous infection or vaccination with possible development of immunity.
These tests are important for tracking and monitoring immunity over time as current scientific evidence does not yet allow us to state that a high level of anti SARS-CoV-2 antibodies does not guarantee effective or lasting immunity.
